Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to arrange appointment times that are suitable to you. We ask that you allocate some priority to these appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call Step One Chiro promptly to reschedule, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

• Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
• A no-show is a missed appointment without notice or very short notice. Missing your appointment without notice, cancelling or rescheduling within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a no-show fee of 50% of the original appointment value (not including any discounts or promotions).

Whilst we will endeavour to be accommodating to urgent circumstances, we hope you understand that late notice cancellations and missed appointments cause us considerable inconvenience.
