 Step one Chiro is great. All the processes are streamlined - booking, paperwork, health rebate, next appointment, information, exercise demonstration and videos. It was fabulous to be adjusted and then be shown exercises in the gym (downstairs) to do between visits from the very first visit! Joseph is friendly, down to earth and very competent. What more could you ask for?

 Highly recommend seeing Step One Chiro! Joseph integrates a great holistic philosophy into his practice - it's not just manipulation of the spine but incorporates mobility, movement and exercises for injury prevention.

A mobility and exercise plan was tailored for me to help improve the flexibility and reduce the pain in my upper/middle back. After 2 weeks the pain had greatly reduced, and pain free after a month.

And to top it all off, he will make you a complimentary filtered coffee!
