Refer a Friend T&C's
- New patient gets a chiropractic initial consultation for $70 (normally $140).
- Referrer must be an existing patient (have previously had an initial consultation) at Step One Chiro.
- Referrer receives 50% off their next consultation cost which can be used on standard, extended or re-examination consultations.
- No special codes, just let us know who referred you and we'll sort the rest!
- Referrer discount can only be applied once per consultation (you cannot use multiple referral discounts on one consultation fee).
- Referrers discount must be used on the referrers next consultation.
- There is no expiry on your discount.
- Offer does not apply to initial consultations made via Health Engine.
- Offer can be withdrawn at any time.
